also, I 100% disagree with the Hoke hate.
Hoke is a better fit for the recruiting style Michigan should have than Les. Les can be the crazy scientist when he keeps amazing athletes year after year to save him on stupid calls. The expectations behind Les at Michigan would have been unrealistic and it probably would have ended in disaster.
Hoke recruits intelligently and tries to get the most out of whatever talent pool he has. I watched him literally turn around one of the shittiest programs in football. He also was a key assistant for Michigan back when they were having much more success.

I just found out that Hoke worked eight years in Michigan. I really don't remember him anyway. Now, I support the decision. I think it's a great move.

Cam Newton looks like a nice kid. I don't trust African-American quarterbacks. I don't mean to be a racist. You are being racist. Statement #1 and #2 contradict each other.

well, to be fair, the %s of top tier black QBs vs white QBs is pretty heavily skewed. Too small of a sample size when trying to compare the two.

When was the last time an African-American quarterback to win the Super Bowl? And who? McNabb? ya but thats cuz black QBs usually have great running / athletic skills. Not many NFL teams utilize that skill. Most teams just care about passing really. IMO that's why you see a lot more black QBs in college football, and less in the NFL. When was the last time an African-American QB played in the championship? Uhhh last I checked, last championship had 2 blacks starting at QB. lol dumb statement.

Actually, McNabb didn't win by the way. It was Doug Williams. There are 100+ teams in the NCAA football. You can find many different ways to win a championship.

Garrard, McNabb, Campbell, McNabb, Troy Smith, Vick, Young.
All those guys started the majority of their teams games. 7 is pretty good.
Not to mention the amount of black QB's that are now coming out of HS/College are much higher than they were a few years ago.

Sure, they have won any championships, but I think the game is changing in favor of athletic QB's and you'll see them have more success.

No doubt. They are getting better and better. Doug Williams, Warren Moon, and Randall Cunningham opened people's eyes. They need a great icon. That's all.
