2nd rate. A franchise piece, in my opinion, is a Brandon Knight or a Kemba Walker type of player, or the Hammons for Durant deal. I'll give you Knight but not Kemba. I could see Quinn Cook being just as good if not better than Kemba. Also ET was putting up almost 20ppg as a 3rd option on my team. I think he could put up 23ppg Kemba = 20/10 ET = 17.4 as a wing. ET is not a franchise piece.

There are probably less than 10 players in the league with Kemba's ratings, he is easily a legitimate piece to a championship team.

A person's resume isn't really relevant to a deal where they clearly get owned. Add the Nets pick, it makes it a bit more reasonable, and you still come out smelling like roses.
