G'day Yanks, I've been doing some research in regards to buying American property for my dad. I was wondering if some of you can give me an idea on the places at looking at buying and your own thoughts on these 3 places.
Dayton, Ohio Atlanta, Georgia Chicago, Illinois.
And even your own opinions on where you think the American property is at and how long you think itll take to recover.
Regards, Footy!

Like the city of Atlanta or a suburb? Suburb. Its one of the biggest industry centres in America. Ideally looking for a place close to the coca cola factory, lexus nexus etc.

35K .... How long will it take you to get shot in that neighborhood? Indeed. You can buy a shitty house in this area for 500k.

You can get some pretty cheap houses in Detroit!
Any house you're looking at that costs 35K, will probably be located in a neighborhood that would be deemed unsafe by most. You'll probably see a gas station across the street from the liquor store next to the church across the street from the high school.

Come to Portland Oregon, it's actually a pretty sweet city past its liberalism.
