this closes at 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time Sunday evening March 27th
200=+3
400=+4
600=+5
800=+6
1000=+7
1200=+7 and a +3 (or any split between +3/+7 and +7/+3, has to be for two separate players)
If you as a GM post in this before the set time, and somebody quotes you, you have to go an extra 400 posts, and the other person has to do 400 less
