I brought this up in BBS and a bunch of GMs hated the idea because no one wants to take the time to learn a new game and pay money. The thing with all new sim engines, and I'm sure FBB2 if it ever comes out is no exception, will require everyone to own the game as everything is done right from the game itself.

it's hard enough to get 29 guys who will do their shit for a simple game like FBB so I've never liked anything more complex. the simplicity of FBB is what I love about it. that's why I don't really care if a new one comes out, just an update would be nice, not an overhaul

I would drop 20-30 for an engine as long as it was simple, but fun. Also, I would have to hope the developers would at least try to update it every once in awhile

and really in-depth. Checking out some of the online leagues for the link you provided, wow.

In-depth as in will confuse 99% of the people that use it, or what?

In-depth as in will confuse 99% of the people that use it, or what? That's dumb because something is in-depth why would people be confused about it? Let me direct you to a little game called Football Manager which is as In-Depth then any sports game could ever dream of(some real life teams use FM to scout players in the real world) and it's one of the best selling franchises of all time.

there already is a new FBB out there and it's on the first post but people think it's to complicated and I will laugh when you all say the same about FBB2
