Inspector Gadget is the goat free app I got on my phone. Once my shit got restored though I haven't even bothered getting my shit back, I have like 10 apps right now, shit's gay.

Task Killer Pro is available for free on Amazon App Market.
Skipping out on that one as it doesn't really save battery (in fact it probably hurts it if anything). However, it's nice for uninstalling and moving apps to SD apparently (don't actually know this for myself)
