And of course this is going to win with the majority of the teams against the HC last season. I'm not one to speak because I've always been near the HC, but teams should not be rewarded because they are offering too large of contracts to their players.
Teams know the risk they were taking when they acquire large contracts... but now this hard cap being raised is bailing them out big time.

I am always for you can't sign someone if it takes you over the hard cap, you can't trade and take yourself over the hard cap. I think that is why it is a HARD cap. However I think if your normal salary progression at season turnover takes you over the hard cap you should have time to get under. is this english?[/quote Was it french to you?

It was 10 to 5 for vs. Against with 5 votes strongly for vs 4 votes strongly against it was a retarded poll.. 5 vs. 4 as far as strong isn't enough to change a fucking rule. Put 2 options, serious shit. That's like me posting an ac article with 5,4.5,4,3.5,3,2.5,2,1.5 and so on.
