But why strength? I have never been a fan of upgrading it, I feel like it has no benefits statistically. Strength is a pretty big factor for Bigs offensively, rivals inside for its overall offensive output

Inside is still worth more, but not by much

Depending the position and what I needed from them, I nearly always go:
Inside, Shotblocking (or rebounding depending), then Strength.

shotblocking is not worth it if the guy has no chance at being a shotblocker, like a Kevin Love or that mold

Strength / Shotblocking / Inside. In that order. Regardless of who it is. If someone doesnt block shots at all, dont upgrade blocks. If someone is horrible at something, like really bad. Dont upgrade it.

Jump shot can be helpful if you have a big who gets fouled a lot and doesn't shoot a high FG% could be something that helps a little.
Strength for someone like Noah would be helpful, cause you figure he's not that great in that area. But for someone like Jared Sullinger, no.

1. Strength 2. Inside 3. Shotblocking/Rebounding depending on which one isn't a lost cause.

That really depends on the player.
