-No one older than their early 30's
-Borderline all-star at the very least - insulting offers will be ignored
-I will not add players to the pick (unless I receive more than 1 player in the deal)
-I can add DEN 2014/2016 and OKC 2014 and MEM picks
-Preferably a wing player (SF) but will take the best player offered regardless of position
-Don't want Biedrins, Collison, Horford, etc.
