Height:6'9" Weight: 195 Age: 19 Position: PF College: California Draft Ratings: C+ C+ B- B C+ A
Overview: Hoover is a skinny weak and slow...not a good combo, however, he has overcome that throughout his career by being a crafty post scorer, and very good defender. Yet another player that will probably be moved to the wing right off the bat..but be prepared to instantly want him back at PF...he is not a SF at all despite his ratings. He has a solid outside game, and is a nice rebounder. Also he is an excellent shotblocker, as he has excellent timing and a very long wingspan.

This dude could be a beast if he is camped right. C+ C+ scoring for a PF is sick. Put him in an outside offense with a shot blocker at C and other outside shooters and you got a fun team.

why would you take a probable role player top 5? If he is a boom player he would be awesome...I'm not against taking risks in the draft
