If you're tanking and you make a trade, signing, etc. You better have a DC in for the following sim. If you don't I will drop your pick down a spot for every violation.
2 of the teams with top 3 picks in this draft, failed to put DC's in after their trades or signings. That's bullshit and won't be allowed again.
