PG: Kevin Ferrell
The Celtics are looking at getting back to the finals and the usual suspects are back in Bean Town. They managed to re-sign Miller and Sampson and secured the signatures of Carter and Ferrell in FA. They will provide valuable depth for the Celtics this season which lost some key players during the break and will hope Jakarr and Ian can do the same. Jakarr showed he can be a major contributor during preseason with 12 pts, 6 rebs in 30 mins. Their GM has felt like a change is needed and has placed his roster on the block, he doesn’t have his picks for the next 4 seasons, so winning is a must.

He re-signed Spencer Peterson and Stanley Jackson as well as drafting Easton Dixon and Eddie Lancaster to bolster their front court and hopefully replace Christmas or Theisen in the near future. Once Biggie gets rid of his big salaries, he can relax and let his youngsters develop into the players he hopes them to be.

PG - Jrue Holliday
The Knicks had 3 key players retire this offseason in Lebron James, Kevin Love and Dejuan Blair. They lost Knight to the Warriors but managed to sign Bismack Biyombo, Nicolas Batum and Chris Singleton during the FA period. Perry Jones is being shopped around for a more defensive minded big man or a PG. Batum would have thrilled Outlawz with his training camp, improving his outside shot from A to A+!!! Returning this season are Wayne Blackshear, Wayne Barton and Perry Jones with Birch and Biyombo fighting it out for the starting PF spot. Batum could serve as a super 6th man and Jrue Holiday the starting PG. This starting lineup will be as tough as any, but look for the Knicks to fill out their roster when the remaining FAs are put on the market.

SF-Jessie Pistokache
SG-Tyree Robinson
PG-TJ Rhodes
The Magic have a new GM and a few nice pieces for the head honcho to play with. They have Jerry Howard whom they drafted with the 6th pick nin this years draft. They are a young team which is still to find its feet in the league with Pistokache, Robinson, Rhodes, Thomas and Veen looking to be the players garnering the most minutes this up coming season. They will be looking at improving on the 30-52 mark from last season or with the new GM, they could be finding themselves on a new team when the 2026 season tips off!!

The 76ers are a team that will go as far as Gilchrist and Malik Newman will take them. They bolstered their front court with the signing of Meyers Leonard and picked up Mario Stein and Etan Bullard in this years draft. The 76ers will hope Stein can come in straight away and contribute to the team this season. He didnt get much playing time in pre-season but could find minutes in the rotation. They have bought back everyone they wanted and picked up a few promising rookies in Fernando Knowles and Keshawn Weber in this years draft. Their big three in Bhullar, Jones and Williams return and will be anchored on the defensive end by Lucas Noguiera whose future with the team is up in the air with his name being linked to various trades around the league. Quentin Sidoti had a very good pre-season for the Wizards and could be a reason why Lucas is on the trade block. Only time will tell!!!

Corey Calbert and Alonzo Trier probably combine to form the best PG/SG duo in the league. They definately showed that they deserve that honour in preseason with a combined 54 pts, 10 rebs, 12 assts and 3 stls between them. They will be hoping to get some support from Thomas Long, Vijay Blackmon and Trevaughn Wilkerson up front if they want to improve on the 42-40 record they had last season. The 18th pick in the draft, Joe Jordan could see more playing time going by his preseason stats, he had the superior production out of the two and looks to be the favourite coming out of preseason.

They have a young team, with the exception being the big man in the middle Shaquille Cleare, however, as long as he still sends those shots into the stands, they wont care!! Cade Mcknight had a great TC improving on his outside shot and rebounding. In fact the team as a whole looks to have improved or stayed the same.
