so apparently a GM can fail his CY and nobody notices

not gonna fire him, cause A. Play apparently informed him the old CY reset method would work as I was going to announce the change, and B. cause we cant afford to lose GM's, but still pretty funny

as I said Play informed him he could just win 42, he probably coulda done it pretty easy had he known, but still, side note, if you won 42 last year or made playoffs, your CY was reset,
