Unreal. The Red Sox are the favorite in the AL.

lol @ no one stepping up and making a similar offer.
Angels just went into the winter meeting trying to act like they were going to do something.

Yeah, I thought he was gonna lean toward Angels.
Sorry Rangers. No way the Yanks let Lee get away, especially with LHHs Crawford and Gonzalez in the BoSox lineup now.

meh. Angels weren't really aggressive. They didn't make no offers and their gm was the last one to get there amongst all the gm's. All talk that they were going to do something. Probably stuck with overpaying beltre now.

Yeah. Mine is worse. The Mets do nothing. Smh. I don't know if Boston's still interested in Beltran. They discussed about the Beltran trade last night.

Am I one of the few to find Crawford a little overrated? He is athletic as hell, (which helps his steals, defense) but won't that be the first thing to go as he ages in a long term deal?

Yea, he's overrated. He's not a franchise player but meh, he's really nice.

As a Yanks fan, I am honestly more worried about AGone than Crawford.

Hmm the move seems a little rushed to me. Its a big contract, but part of me thinks it was a matter of Crawford getting impatient with Lee falling into place... For instance, I think once Lee signs, the 2-3 teams bidding on him would have freaked out and tried to make a splash/save face with Crawford.
